Return Policy

How do I return an Item:

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Most products can be returned within the first 30 days after delivery provided they are in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with the return shipment of the product to us.

A restocking fee of up to 25% maybe charged for all open items requiring further repacking due to damage. Shipping costs included in the initial delivery of order will not be refunded. We will gladly refund 100% of the product price including shipping charges and applicable tax if the error was ours or if the merchandise was defective. 

Please see below for these simple steps to return. 

1. To Obtain an RGA return number, email info@rehab-products.com including your        
     original order number.

2.  Upon receipt, write your RGA on the carton and follow the return goods instruction    
     provide in the reply email.
